Wholeness in the Psychedelic Age: Consciousness, Synthesis and the Future

A conversation with James Fadiman — Celebrating 100 years since the first Institute of Psychosynthesis

22ndJanuary 2026 – 7pm UKT/12pm PST

As psychedelics re-enter mainstream culture as tools for healing, creativity and self-realisation, new questions arise about how to ground, prepare and integrate these expanded states of consciousness.

In this landmark dialogue, James Fadiman, pioneering researcher and elder of the psychedelic movement, joins Sonal Kadchha, psychosynthesis therapist and researcher, to explore how the psychedelic renaissance and Psychosynthesis can come together to illuminate new pathways to wholeness..

Together they’ll reflect on the role of Psychosynthesis—Roberto Assagioli’s psychology of the Self—as a missing bridge in today’s psychedelic field. How can its emphasis on inner harmony, will, and the unfolding of Self guide both psychological preparation and spiritual integration? And how might psychedelics, in turn, re-enliven Psychosynthesis for a new generation seeking direct experience of unity, purpose, and love?

Celebrating 100 years since the founding of the first Institute of Psychosynthesis in Rome, this conversation invites us to imagine the future of consciousness work—one that honours both science and spirit, transformation and integration, heaven and earth.
