  • We all have patterns of thinking, behaving and feeling - some that work for us and some that don't. Some patterns were learned in order to survive and some can be learned in order to thrive. Together with my clients, we develop life affirming goals that emphasize the strengths they needed to persevere as well as goals that support their blossoming. My work is eclectic, informed by my studies at the SF Psychosynthesis Institute, and EMDR and the Enneagram. • I integrate the concepts of Psychosynthesis into a wide range of therapeutic applications, including hypnotherapy, crisis intervention, and psychodrama. My primary approach involves a combination of hypnotherapy, guided visualization, and cognitive dialoging. I give the client a guided visualization exercise to practice between sessions. I weave symbolic imagery into guided visualization exercises to uncover and resolve difficult psychological, psycho-emotional, and psycho-spiritual issues. The client is also required to keep a daily journal that I review. Once each week or so, the client and I will spend about an hour talking about their therapeutic experience, issues they have encountered, and the progress they have made.
