This conference, held in a beautiful former
tsarist palace, is for those passionate about
personal, communal, and global growth. Join
with a diverse, international group of people
in a community-building atmosphere, to
explore and experience various ways of
meeting the challenges and opportunities of
Diversity, Difference, and Otherness. The Harmony
Institute provides psychotherapy,
group leadership, and organizational
consulting. Its three-year training program,
grounded in humanistic and existential
psychology, focuses on cross-cultural
learning. Many leaders in the psychosynthesis
and humanistic psychology fields from the
U.S. and other countries have collaborated
with Russian and Lithuanian colleagues in the
Harmony Institute's programs since 1988.
