The Harmony Institute provides psychotherapy, group leadership, and organizational consulting. Its three-year training program, grounded in humanistic and existential psychology, focuses on cross-cultural learning. Many leaders in the psychosynthesis and humanistic psychology fields from the U.S. and other countries have collaborated with Russian and Lithuanian colleagues in the Harmony Institute's programs since 1988.
